If our products ever fail to live up to your expectations we’ll accept your return and issue you a replacement or a full refund.
Email our customer service team at help@smokeboards.com to initiate your warranty claim with your order # and explanation of your issue.
The customer is responsible for properly packaging, printing the return label, and shipping the products to us.
We accept all major shipment methods to our warehouse in Naples Florida.
Smoke Boards are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you paid by Credit Card, credit will be applied to the card used to place the original order. If you paid by PayPal, we will issue a refund to your PayPal account.
